Environmental Site Assessments
The Aztech team takes a focused approach to assist our clients with Site Assessments and due diligence for property acquisitions, refinancing, or divestments. We focus on the end result given our experience with not only Site Assessments, but our vast knowledge of managing potentially impacted media. Our client’s goals and objectives as well as their risk tolerance are at the forefront of our approach in developing an investigation program that balances cost with potential risk.
Aztech uses a dynamic combination of field screening, direct investigation and conventional laboratory analytical methods for sampling soils, soil vapor and indoor air (vapor intrusion), water, and sediments to focus investigations and balance costs to characterize sites to the extent necessary for our clients. At Aztech, our approach relies on collecting the right data and not the most data. This approach often includes a phased investigation program to make strategic risk-based decisions before expending unnecessary costs.
Although not all Site Assessment data are presented to the regulatory agencies, we understand both the Federal and State regulatory requirements. Our experience working with the regulators on an almost daily basis allows us to understand and anticipate their expectations should they become involved in your project. We are always prepared to interact with the regulators on your behalf and assist with regulatory negotiations.
